G-NiiB GenieBiome Named Among Hong Kong’s Top 5 Happy SMEs with Individual Award Honour
At the Chief Happiness Officer Appreciation Awards 2026, we received two honours:
🏆 Top 5 Happy SMEs to Work For 2026, our first time achieving this recognition
🏆 “Be My Own CHO” Individual Award, awarded to Tim Chan, Corporate PR & Marketing Lead
This marks an important step forward for us. After receiving SME recognition for the past three years, G-NiiB GenieBiome has been named among the Top 5 for the first time, making this our highest recognition to date in the awards.
For a biotechnology company founded just six years ago, this is a meaningful milestone. As our science and business continue to grow, so too has our commitment to building a strong organisation and workplace culture where people can grow with us.
In 2025, we launched I’M STAR – Shine from Within, bringing together employee wellbeing, personal growth and community participation. In 2026, we continued to strengthen this commitment and embed it more deeply into how we grow as an organisation.
The “Be My Own CHO” Individual Award is another meaningful recognition of how individuals can help turn these values into action and inspire a stronger culture from within.
